Patients who have been asked to seek advice from other specialists (e.g. a cardiologist or endocrinologist) due to their health condition(s) are asked to provide their opinions in writing.

They will also explain what to expect in the operating room and how to prepare yourself for the procedure. If you haven’t done it at home, you will be asked to remove make-up and nail polish from your nails and remove jewellery and piercing. We will provide you with the appropriate outfit for the treatment. If need be, the necessary drawings will be applied to the skin and a set of photos will be taken for medical documentation. You will be taken to the operating theatre with the assistance of a nurse or doctor.
You will go on your own with the assistance of a nurse or a doctor to the Patient Room, where you will remain under the care of a nurse until you leave our Centre. NOTE: Within the first 24 hours after the procedure Patients who underwent the procedure should not:
drive motor vehicles;
take important decisions, in particular to sign legal documents because of the possibility of impairing concentration under the influence of medicines administered to them;
cook or use electromechanical tools;
Adult care is recommended on the way home.
Every single surgical or aesthetic medicine procedure, even the smallest one, puts some strain on the patient’s body, so we ask you to have time to rest after returning home. This does not mean that you have to lie in bed for the rest of the day (unless your doctor recommends otherwise), but you should avoid excessive activity. This will certainly contribute to faster recovery. The first night after each major treatment should not be spent alone. It is advisable that you should have an adult at home.
