Damian Żemło MSc

Rehabilitation specialist and physiotherapist.
Damian Żemło is a physiotherapy graduate of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. From the start of his career he has combined modern rehabilitation with medical training aimed at treating the underlying causes of musculoskeletal dysfunction. He gained clinical experience at the Activezone rehabilitation and training studio, where since 2020 he has guided patients back to full fitness after orthopaedic injuries.

He has provided sports rehabilitation for players of football, volleyball and handball clubs, which has allowed him to develop therapeutic protocols used both in competitive sport and with physically inactive patients. A particular area of interest and specialisation is urological and uro-oncological physiotherapy, where he combines a holistic approach with empathy and current medical knowledge.

He has completed numerous training courses in urological and uro-oncological physiotherapy, trigger point therapy and medical training. In his work he focuses not only on reducing pain but above all on addressing its causes and achieving lasting therapeutic results.
